All Rounder Sports Centre

The All Rounder Sports Centre, based in Tokai, Cape Town is open 7 days a week for individual lane rentals and full facility rentals. The facility consists of 3 full-length bowling lanes and 2 junior batting cages. Digital bowling machines are available and if a feeder is required this can be provided.
A mezzanine level provides the ideal spot for spectators to have a birds eye view and relax. Cow Corner Café offers coffees, cooldrinks and snacks.
Sports that can be played here include (please bring your own equipment):
Cricket
Soccer 5-a-side (up to 13 years old)
Hockey 5-a-side (up to 13 years old)
Netball
Volleyball
Dodgeball
All bookings need to be a minimum of 1 hour in length
