Nqobile Maphumulo is a dedicated sports coach and fitness trainer driven by one core passion - movement. Whether it’s on the rugby field, in the gym, or under the barbell, he brings energy, discipline, and purpose to every session. A lifelong athlete, Nqobile’s journey began with rugby in high school - a sport he continues to play at a semi-professional level - and grew into a deep interest in sports science, human movement, and Olympic weightlifting.


With advanced qualifications in Sport Conditioning from ETA College, he combines science-based training with real-world experience to help athletes perform at their best and individuals transform their strength, mindset, and confidence. For Nqobile, it’s all about passion, progress, and purpose - empowering people to become the strongest versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.
