ABOUT US
To give you a basic rundown, on a normal week there are road club runs at 6pm on a Tuesday and Thursday from Durbanville Golf Club with distance options from around 5km to 15km as well as suitable group training programmes as may be required from time to time led by our experienced club members. There is also a longer run of between 20 and 30km on a Sunday. The Sunday runs start at 6am during the summer and 7am in the winter months and routes are updated on a weekly basis through Facebook and WhatsApp.
For the trail running side of the club, there are pack runs on a Wednesday evening starting at 5.30/5.45pm. They are on alternating farms in the Durbanville area Magic Forest, Altydgedacht and Meerendal. Updates are posted via the Durbanville AC members Facebook page as well as the Durbanville AC trail page and WhatsApp. There are also sometimes weekend pack runs organised around the Western Cape and full details of these are also communicated via Facebook and WhatsApp.
