Our Pilates classes are gently cardiovascular and also help to enter the second energy cycle, which is for muscle strengthening and endurance. This provides excellent overall fitness. Classes cater to all fitness levels as you work at your own pace.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 4 – 4.45pm OR 5.15 – 6pm

Classes are open to any and everyone above the age of 18. Share the link with your friends and family and bring them along!

Equipment needed:

An exercise mat, small ball, big ball and magic circle can be purchased from sports retailers or online. Ask your trainer for more details. For your first class, come with at least a towel to lie on if you don’t have anything else. We will provide demonstration equipment for you. Bring a bottle of water.
