Blooming Yogi is a mindful movement studio based at Rozendal Farm in Stellenbosch. We offer small, welcoming classes — with a maximum of 8 people — that focus on strength, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
Our approach is evidence-based and informed by an understanding of how the body and nervous system interact. Each class supports you in moving with clarity, care, and a deeper connection to yourself.
