We are building a community of people who are excited about sprinting. You don't have to be a professional or even have sprinted before; you just have to be willing to try.


Sessions will be overseen by an educated sprinter. Our general format is: a warm-up, peak activity, and technical feedback.


No one is required to do any more than they are comfortable with.


We want you to go fast and feel good doing it!


Other than water, you don't need to bring anything! Sprinting barefoot is actually one of the best ways to learn. You can join in on the session anytime.
