1. Introduction

   Welcome to UNAFFI.

   UNAFFI (Pty) Ltd and its related entities (UNAFFI, "we", "us", or "our") operate a digital platform that connects individuals ("Players") with sports facilities, activity organisers, coaches, and event hosts ("Playmakers").

   For the purposes of these Terms, the term "Players" refers to all users of the Platform, including individuals who browse, book, or participate in activities.

   UNAFFI provides a marketplace that enables Players to discover, book, and participate in sports-related activities, facilities, and services.

   By accessing or using any UNAFFI website, application, or related system ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Role of UNAFFI

   UNAFFI acts as an intermediary marketplace platform.

   • UNAFFI does not own, operate, or control the facilities, events, or services listed on the Platform.
   • All Bookings are made directly between Players and Playmakers.
   • Playmakers are solely responsible for:
     • Delivering the booked service
     • Setting pricing, rules, and availability
     • Managing their own cancellation policies (subject to these Terms)

   UNAFFI facilitates:

   • Discovery and listings
   • Booking and payment processing
   • Communication between Players and Playmakers

3. Player Accounts

   To access certain features, you must create an account.

   You agree to:

   • Provide accurate information
   • Keep login credentials secure
   • Be responsible for all activity under your account

   UNAFFI may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

4. Bookings and Payments

   When a Player makes a booking ("Booking"):

   • You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout
   • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
   • UNAFFI may charge service or processing fees

   A Booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   1. Right to Cancel and Request a Refund

      Players may cancel a Booking and submit a refund request through the Platform.

   2. Playmaker Decision Authority
      • All refund requests are submitted to the relevant Playmaker.
      • The Playmaker has the sole discretion to approve or deny the request based on:
        • Their own policies
        • Timing of cancellation
        • Circumstances of the Booking

      UNAFFI does not guarantee refunds.

   3. Approved Refunds
      • If a refund request is approved by a Playmaker (or authorised manager), UNAFFI will process the refund.
      • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
   4. Fees and Deductions
      • Refunds will be processed for the full Booking amount less any payment processing or transaction fees incurred.
      • These fees are charged by third-party providers and are not retained by UNAFFI.
   5. Non-Refundable Situations

      Refunds may be denied in cases including:

      • Late cancellations
      • No-shows
      • Breach of Playmaker rules
      • Any conditions communicated at the time of booking
   6. Disputes

      UNAFFI may assist in communication, but final decisions remain with the Playmaker, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

6. Playmaker Terms

   By listing on UNAFFI, Playmakers agree to:

   • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
   • Honour confirmed bookings
   • Deliver services as described
   • Clearly communicate rules, requirements, and policies

   Failure to comply may result in:

   • Removal from the Platform
   • Withholding of payouts
   • Account suspension

7. Player Conduct

   Players agree not to:

   • Use the Platform unlawfully
   • Provide false information
   • Disrupt or misuse the Platform
   • Harass or harm other Players or Playmakers

   UNAFFI may suspend or remove accounts for violations.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

   Participation in sports carries inherent risks.

   By using UNAFFI:

   • You accept full responsibility for your participation
   • You confirm you are physically able to participate
   • UNAFFI is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation

9. Intellectual Property

   All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by UNAFFI.

   You may not:

   • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
   • Reverse engineer or misuse the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • UNAFFI is not liable for:
      • Services provided by Playmakers
      • Injuries, damages, or losses
      • Errors in listings or availability
    • UNAFFI's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Player for the relevant Booking.

11. Indemnity

    Players agree to indemnify UNAFFI against any claims arising from:

    • Their use of the Platform
    • Their breach of these Terms
    • Their interaction with Playmakers or other Players

12. Privacy

    Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

    UNAFFI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
